How to submit your application:

1. Download the appropriate application.

2. Complete the application yearly.

3. Save your changes. Save file with your child’s name. Send the completed application to:  [email protected]

4. Review Emergency Handbook and Parent Handbook. Set up site tour with Site Director.

5. Make application fee payment yearly.

  • School Year Application Fee $50 for one students, $80 for two students, $120 for three students.

Pay School Year Application Fee

  • Summer Application Fee $40 per student.
